Rockefeller Memorial Chapel is the center of religious activity for the University. Events include worship services, religious education classes, interreligious dialogue, performances by world-renowned musicians, trips to foreign countries, speaker series, and community celebrations. An ecumenical service is held in the chapel Sundays at 11:00 a.m. (except during the
four weeks between summer convocation and the arrival of new students in September) and in the 300-seat Bond Chapel, 1025 East 58th Street, Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. during the autumn, winter, and spring quarters.
The new Interreligious Center in the basement of Rockefeller provides worship, prayer, and meditation space for the University's many religious communities.
The Rockefeller Chapel office, open daily, serves as the liaison between the University and campus ministries.
